    About Rhino

Rhino’s origins date back to December 18, 1930, with the founding of the Servis Equipment Company in Texas. Servis began by maintaining equipment for local construction companies, but by the mid-1930s had shifted to manufacturing its own rollers, packers, road graders, and other machinery.

In 1973, Austin Industries was created as a parent company for Servis and other subsidiaries. In 1974, Austin Products, Inc., was established as the manufacturing arm of Austin Industries. Austin Products, Inc., became Rhino Products, Inc., in 1981. In 1986, the Alamo Group acquired Rhino Products, Inc., which underwent several name changes over the years before becoming RhinoAg.

    Rhino Ag Products

Rhino offers a wide range of products, including tillage tools for landscaping and construction, hay and forage equipment, and blades and box scrapers.

Rhino’s tillage equipment lineup includes (or has included) chisel plows, disks, rippers, and rotary tillage models such as the REB60. This model features six hardened “L” blades per rotor flange, a cast-iron gearbox housing, continuously welded hitch points, and a metal debris deflector. Rhino’s hay and forage equipment also includes rotary mowers, such as the 4000 series flex-wing models. These rotary cutters are commonly used for pasture maintenance, shredding crops and stalks, roadside and right-of-way mowing, commercial and farm applications, heavy-duty agricultural work, and industrial mowing.

Rhino’s blades and box scrapers include premium models like the 1540 series, ideal for ditch work, terrace building, road maintenance, snow removal, and cleaning livestock lots. These models typically feature heavy-duty 3-point hitches, solid steel kingpins, and a ½” x 6” replaceable cutting edge. 1540 blades are available with manual or hydraulic adjustments to suit a wide range of applications.
