Ray-Man, Inc. has been a family-owned business since 1975 when Ray and JoEllen Eakins founded it, and it is owned and operated by their children today. The company, which is based in Keota, Iowa, started out by building a conveyor designed to move lime from a dump truck over to a spreader truck. The company’s conveyor line consists of the Floater Loader conveyor, which is available with either a 24- or 30-inch belt and is designed for use with dump trucks or spreader trucks, and the SS-429 Portable Fertilizer Belt Conveyor, built from stainless steel and designed to be used with a hopper bottom trailer.
