The DEVELON DX89R-7 mini excavator is designed to run circles around your biggest jobsite challenges. It delivers impressive lift-over-side capacity, fast cycle times and an increased, integrated counterweight so you can dig and move material with confidence.
The reduced tail swing design and a width-protected swing frame minimize the chances of hitting objects or buildings when rotating the machine.
Torque-limiting piston pumps respond to load demands and deliver forces to the arm and bucket to meet work requirements. Integrated slew brakes with infinite brake positioning make it easy to load the machine onto a trailer or move it into position for work.
Built Tough and Easier to Maintain
The DX89R-7 includes a durable DEVELON work group that requires less routine maintenance. Steel hydraulic lines are used to protect from wear. Centralized boom swing cylinder greasing makes daily maintenance simpler.
When it’s time for regular maintenance, the swing-open tailgate, integrated into the 1.45 ton casted counterweight, and side-access hood provides easy access to the engine and pump package, valve bank, cooling system and plumbing
