Here is a very good 73 HP John Deere 450G LGP Dozer. Just 2,861 Hours and this 450G operates as excellent as any other 450G we've been on. 6-Way Blade and Remote Auxiliary Hydraulics too. Very good at least 80% or better undercarriage as shown. Extremely clean and very well taken care of...it's in immaculate shape like someone had just parked it and hardly used it for over several years. Many owners feel these G model machines are the best crawlers Deere produced. No computers or codes. Just get on it and you're ready go to work all day. On the plow on back that's a heavy duty Rome Ground Breaking plow on back and with the Dozer purchase would be just $8,000. It does need one or two cylinders repacked but it's fine to operate now it's just dripping a little bit. Also in the video there's a nice fire plow on back. We weren't going to sell the fire plow but we just got in a Dresser with a fire plow on back so we can sell the fire plow now also at $4,500. Also not pictured is the Mathis Fire Plow. The Mathis plow with the dozer purchase would be $4,500. You’ll see in the picture section we have on site a new Root Rake that will fit this 450G for $4,500 with dozer purchase (includes mounts. Retails over $6,500). We do not install root rakes but can find a mobile tech / welder and would estimate install at $1,500. The 2nd root rake shown there is a FLECO and like new for $3,500 with dozer purchase (we may have mounts with it). It was bought 4 years ago with a new D1 and has less than 50 hours of rake time on it. Tines are as new they are just buried in the dirt but can get a better picture if someone wants this one instead. Business and farm rates available 7% to 11% in general. We can also sometimes work with 600-800 scores at higher rates.
