Chembine 3" Mixing Unit with 6.5HP Honda and Banjo Pump The Chembine Chemical Mixer incorporates all the features of a typical chemical mixer; while drastically improving in the following areas: • New knife block design provides a more efficient cut; requiring less effort; speeding up the drainage process; and making removal of the jugs easier. • Increased agitation with the use of four vertically molded ribs in the tank combined with a unique vortex cycling water system virtually eliminates the chance of undissolved particles. • Easy rinse and drain process with the bottom drain valve; all interior surfaces sloping to the drain; and a rotary rinse system with 1" lines. • Improved ergonomics better stability; and increased visibility. Remote Throttle Kit: This kit can be added and allows operation of the throttle from the front of the unit. Pumps: There are two optional pump kits available to create a functional and compact system. Kits include a 3-way valve that gives you the flexibility to pump from the Chembine Mixer to fill your sprayer. Secured Hinged Tank Lid: The lid has a raised stop to rest on when open; reducing reach and effort required to open and close the lid. Mounting: The frame legs have large feet with pre-drilled holes to allow easy and secure fastening to a trailer or truck deck. Expansion Kits: There are 2 optional kits available: 2 Tote System - allows connection of two 1" totes in addition to the original 2" tote connection. This kit also includes a Flush Hose Assembly. 3 Tote System - allows connection of three 1" totes in addition to the original 2" tote connection. This kit also includes a powder-coated stand and a 1" Banjo Magnetic Flow Meter. easyFlow System: • Self-cleaning closed transfer system that mounts to Chembine Mixer with no pump required. • Large diameter for speedy emptying of jugs and the ability to empty jug partially and reuse later. • Continuously adjustable flow rates; enabling exact transfer or partial container volumes. • Fast and complete rinsing of empty containers; no more contamination or manual cleaning required Delivery options are available; ask your salesperson for details.
