All Powertrain parts replaced using OEM CAT and the work performed is summarized below:
Engine Compression
Cyl #1 500psi, Cyl #2 540psi, Cyl #3 500psi, Cyl #4 540psi, Cyl #5 540psi, Cyl #6 520psi.
Fuel System
Installed 6 new injectors, seals, new fuel transfer pump, and new fuel filters.
Engine System
Installed new main bearings and connecting rod bearings. Installed new engine oil cooler and gaskets. Replaced turbo with new turbo cartridge. Replaced new intercooler radiator. Installed new front main oil seal. Installed new valve cover gasket. Installed new EGR cooler and EGR valve. Replaced 3 new engine oil pressure sensors. Replaced engine oil temperature sensor. Installed all new belt pulleys and new serpentine belt. Installed new engine belt tensioner. Installed new alternator and new batteries. Serviced engine oil and new oil filters. Installed new air filter.
Transmission System
Removed and inspected transmission. Installed all new transmission seals and o-rings. Tested a transmission oil sample and results came back normal. Replaced transmission oil and filters.
DPF System
Removed DPF assembly and cleaned DPF filter. Installed 3 new DPF temperature sensors.
Cooling System
Installed new coolant radiator, radiator bushings, and engine cooling fan. Installed new water pump and new thermostat. Replaced coolant level sensor and coolant temperature sensor.
Fire Suppression System
Removed and replaced with all new fire suppression system hoses. Performed certified maintenance on the fire suppression and ANSUL Checkfire 110 system.
Hydraulic System
Tested a hydraulic fluid sample and the results came back normal.
