The 3413E is one of the four new ejector scrapers introduced this year requiring 550+ horsepower. This scraper bowl width and height is the same as the 3013E. The bowl’s length is simply 12″ longer, increasing the heaped capacity to a productive 34 cubic yds. The 3413E 13ft width of cut does an excellent of cutting a wide range of material. Most large capacity scrapers under a 14ft transport width have a 12ft cutting width.
The direct mount scraper 360-degree swivel hitch is closely coupled to the specialized tractor drawbar, which provides better weight distribution between the tractor front and rear axles.
The weight of 3/4″ front hydraulic connecting hoses is supported by a spring-loaded hose carrier, providing an ideal coupler connection between the tractor and the scraper. This reduces premature coupler wear and accidental coupler “pop-out” from hose weight or binding while operating.
A thick rubber pad keeps the couples off the ground when the scraper is not in use.
The combination of 3413E spacious 74.25″ front opening and the 25.62″ ground clearance, the material can exit the scraper unobstructed, which reduces double ejecting thicker material. Allowing the operator to place material exactly where it is needed, which increases your daily production.
We lowered the connecting point of the front section trailing arms to the scraper bowl down near the blade to provide easier pull while reducing the duck-walking while loading. Allowing the operator to maintain a higher loading speed, more constant tractor RPM, which translates to larger payloads.
The 3413E requires three hydraulic remotes to operate the machine. One circuit controls the lift cylinders. The second circuit controls the apron and the third circuit operated the ejector system. This allows the operator full control of all the functions independently.
The multiple holes within the rear frame enable the operator to position rear axles in numerous positions. Select to place all the tires to be “in-line” for increased compaction or “offset” for better floatation and less mud build-up. So, regardless of your soil condition, there is a tire package available to keep you floating on the soil and moving forward.
Daily maintenance is short work, whereas there is only six daily grease points located on the front hitch. The ejector wall is guided with large plastic blocks, and all the pivot joints, cylinder pins, and floor rollers utilize oversized pins with self-lubricating bushings.
