A Realistic Farm Simulator
As winter weather continues to hang on throughout much of the United States—despite the calendar turning over to March—you might be looking for a way to beat those cold winter blues. Pure Farming 2018 is a game for PC, PS4, and XBOX One that’s designed to accurately simulate the growing and harvesting of all kinds of region-specific crops. You’ll also be able to breed livestock and manage orchards to simulate lots of different aspects of modern farming. The game starts you out at a farm in Montana, and you can expand your operation to international locales, including Columbia, Italy, and Japan.
Real Equipment
For an authentic feel, Pure Farming 2018 lets you select the latest, state-of-the-art machines from manufacturers like Gregoire, Landini, McCormick, Mitsubishi, and Zetor, just to name a few. The publisher, Techland, has worked with major farm equipment manufacturers to license and re-create machines down to the smallest details. In short, there are a wide variety of options for tractors, harvesters, plows, trailers, and trucks. Pure Farming 2018 also lets you import machines from 3D models or easily use those made by other players, so you can use your personal favorites.
Fields, Orchards, & Livestock
As a TractorHouse.com visitor, you’re likely an expert with a few types of crops or livestock, but as you progress through the game, you’re able to expand your farm and business to include specialized produce and stock. For example, bringing your operation to Japan lets you grow rice, wasabi, and cherries. And the Columbia farmstead gives you a chance to harvest coffee and chili peppers. The Italy map includes olive groves and vineyards.
How To Play
Pure Farming 2018 will be available on March 13 for $29.99. You can directly download the game for PC or XBOX One, and a Digital Deluxe version will also be available with a Germany map and additional, specialized machines. Gamers who play on the PS4 or XBOX One platform also have the option to buy a physical copy of the game.
